Cancelling an Appointment
If you need to cancel a booked appointment, please contact us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp so we can offer the slot to another client. We recommend cancelling at least ADD_NOTICE_PERIOD_HERE in advance where possible.
Rescheduling
To reschedule your appointment, please reach out to us directly with your preferred new date and time, and our team will confirm availability with you.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
We kindly request that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking priority. Specific charges or fees for late cancellations or no-shows, if applicable, will be communicated directly by our team at the time of booking.
