How Booking Works

You can request an appointment with Inspire Salon & Academy in a few ways:

• Using the "Book Appointment" form on this website
• Messaging us directly on WhatsApp
• Calling the salon at 097551 58880

Confirmation of Appointments

Submitting a request through our website does not automatically guarantee a slot. Our team will review your requested date, time, and service, and confirm your appointment directly with you by phone or WhatsApp.

WhatsApp Booking

When you complete the booking form on our website, a structured summary of your request (name, phone number, selected service, preferred date and time, and any message) is generated and opened in WhatsApp on your own device for you to send directly to our salon. We do not automatically receive or store this information on our servers as part of that process.

Changes to Your Booking

If you need to change the service, date, time, or stylist for your appointment after booking, please contact us directly — see our Cancellation Policy for more details.

Consultations & Pricing

Many of our services, particularly colour, chemical treatments, and bridal packages, are priced following an in-person or phone consultation based on your hair length, condition, and desired outcome. Where exact pricing is not listed on this website, please contact us for a personalised quote.
